After the start of reading this thread, Kixeye's EPIC response and all the comments that you guys made afterwards, I fell off my chair laughing, tears a plenty still running down my face with what has been said here...........WELL DONE KIXEYE, this is the best ever thread on the forum to date make it a GOLDEN STICKY.

Really good to see Kixeye banning these Idiot hackers. I am sector 113 and almost every week new hackers seem to turn up and we report them and they are banned but they non stop make new bases and alts so if one is banned they just use the alt and do the same thing .The latest ones are Tammylammy built from 0 to lvl 28 in a few mins and somehow they were able to hack and have have all the prize ships and fleets of them just hitting everyone and all their bases are are little squares.
Whats even more amusing is the guy made threats against kixeye employees about releasing their personal info when they already have all his details via facebook. I'd pay too see a pic of a lawyer turning up on the guys doorstep.

Don't play with a keyboard and mouse. I play with a neural transceiver that allows me to control my ships with my thoughts. Keyboard and mouse players are my farms.
If you can do as your threatening to do to kixeye, hack theyre names addresses and post them, you obviously can hack the game, and with this proof kixeye posted you have been caught cheating dead to rights, I dont care how much you spend in game, nothing gives you the right to hack and give yourself unfair advantage, people like you are the reason kixeye cant get all the bugs out so we can all enjoy playing more because they must waste theyre time uncovering your cheating, Good job Kixye and good riddence you cheater
Ban not only their account and facebook, but ban their IP address as well get their info and send it to the FBI for internet fraud and hacking. they will get arrested, charged, found guilty, sent to prison, and banned from ever using a computer again for the rest of their lives.
The fbi doesn't deal with virtual currencies affairs. Your 'ideas' are quite frankly, insane. There is no 'federal' crime committed for cheating in a game. It disqualifies you from playing the game, sure. Since you are breaking their terms of service. Contract terminated. But thats all.
Even if they did, they have no jurisdiction over international players and I doubt the UN is going to be hearing cases on the matter.
