suicide attack

Hello, here is my question
is that suicide attacks are punished because there are sick people who attacks with small boats to return immediately with large boats attacking my island and the same for mines at sea
if it is not the case should punish this kind of practice in my opinion

This is punished. They have to repair their boats. If you don't like the practice, don't do it yourself, but please stop trying to tell others to play the game by your "rules". A "prep" fleet is a pretty standard way of base attacks.

I never attack the other players that contrary to what you say
by against a player who attacks and the downturn without a fight and come back with a bigger fleet after 45 sec call this a suicide attack in many games and this method is prohibited
that's why my question

There is a rule, its called damage protections, kicks in after 4 attack within 1 hour by the same player... This is a pirate game, and it even have the word battle in it, so yea, if you don't like ya fleets to be destroyed, keep em in dock when not watching em. Base attack, 1st attack could very well be a scout attack to see where he should enter ya base from, and if it would be worthwhile to attack you.

For base attacks some people do use a two fleet attack as it makes the attack easier. They can only do <25% damage before the final attack or else the base goes into damage protection so there is a kind of limit to what they can do. When you get to the higher lvls you may find it is necessarily to use a second fleet to prep the base so it is possible to attack and destroy with the first.

As for attacking with multiple fleets in fleet battles, I don't see anyone should need to do that. I've noticed that there are some people that just spam the same instant repairable fleet at you again and again (once happened to me 37 times in a row) which I hate to see since both players nowhere fast and just gets annoying and boring. Someone did complain about that happening to them saying that they spent more time in battle than actually mining because of someone spamming fleet at him.
Sadly there isn't any rules against this. No one I know likes this and if I find someone spamming fleets at my fleet then I'll just go and destroy that person's base.
