mission updates not working correctly

Anyone else having problems with mission updates not updating correctly? Wife wanted me to check. When she finishes a mission like Construction one it resets and starts over. It does not move on to construction 2. this is a new problem for her as several of them in the past updated correctly

    Yea, i completed DU IV over 2 months ago, and yet i don't see the mission for it. Same with the Research All Peacemaker Mortar. Guess they removed those mission.

    Her missions have not dissapeared, they just make her do them over and over and never move on to the second stage now.
