Have not recieved what kixeye said they would give

hello,



I see you have written back and told me you gave me 100 gold but u haven't. it took me a whole month to upgrade my lab and i still haven't researched the leviathan it is researching now. I would like the 417 gold that it would take to complete one of my blue prints as i was promised the completion of one of my choice. as this would compensate the month of waisted time and money 100 gold doesn't cover it and I have not received it anyway. THank you

    perhaps because your a dumbass and wrote this in COMMUNITY SUPPORT!! All their going to do is politely tell you to fuckoff and contact support along with a link since you probably couldnt figure that out either!

    maybe you should find out what your writting about before abusing people. there is nolonger a support forum it has been closed down. all problems are to be posted here now.

    That is where you are incorrect, this is NOT a place to ask for help from Kixeye, but other players, and as a other player, I will suggest you to go read http://forums.kixeye.com/threads/152683-New-Customer-Support-Structure :)

    Only problems to post here are ones that players might be able to help you with....although some kixeye people are still looking in here.

    Your issue needs to be sent in to kixeye. You know the routine...
