I would drop 2 riflemen next to the two power plants to the left to check for hidden mines. Followed by a small air support attack of around oh 8 or 9 grade 5ish Copter Drones (if you have them) to knock out the artillery tower next to the radio tower. Then drop a small tank division of oh say 2 - 3 to take out the gatler tower behind radio tower then the rest of them to take out the remaining art tower and gatler tower next to the power plant. The group taking out the turret pair at the top of power plants will sustain medium-ish damage so it is not a huge deal. Once done destroy both of the power plants. After this pull both tank groups together right next to the bottom left corner of the Command Center and destroy the buildings in the following order for the most efficiency with remaining time ( Mine Facility > Command Center > All 3 Oil Reserves > All 3 Metal Reserves ).
At this point the target may or may not be under Damage Protection. If he is not and you should have only sustained the loss of the aircraft and 1-2 tanks in the initial attack return for round 2 to put him into Damage Protection which essentially cripples his ability to retaliate should he notice your attack.
Second attack as follows. Drop 1 riflemen into the base next to the Barracks you previously destroyed and walk him into the nearby bunker from behind the wall so the bunker will open fire on your riflemen to see what sort of resistance you can expect and adjust the following attack as fit to accommodate the resistance. Then drop a a group of 5 of your best tanks and destroy about half the wall line followed by destroying the galter tower from the left most angle where you destroyed half the wall to avoid the covering fire of the artillery tower. Then proceed to destroy the bunker and academy. After this drop the rest of your remaining population worth of tanks to the bottom middle-ish of the remaining artillery tower near the metal and oil extractor. Then attack the artillery tower. Since you dropped the tanks in separate groups fairly far away from one another the artillery tower will be forced to choose between groups based on which enters range first therefore sparing damage to the smaller group which has already been in combat (Since it is slightly further away from the tower). After destroying this artillery tower destroy the gatler tower and proceed to destroy the remaining metal and oil extractors. Your time to invade should be about up at this point so with any spare finishing time blow up the War Room to add to the time it takes him to respond to your attack. After this second attack he will more than likely be under damage protection and you should have plenty of resources.
I hope this in depth guide to attacking that base is helpful. If you have any further questions please do feel free to ask and I will try and respond as soon as I can.

Thanks, everyday this **** seems to want to annoy me by killing off my tanks and anything thats researching or upgrading. Maybe now he'll stop after i destroy his base.
