War room . lack of targets

anyone else having war room problems ? 7 rivals too low to attack 4 that have been wiped out and never come back and a couple of friends. i see loads of people chatting but don't have them in my war room whats the point of having low levels on the list when its not possible too attack and if someone dont repair after 2 weeks then leave them off the list i dont have any viable targets except the npc's so for me this game might aswell be called Sim Army !!!!

im near enuf the same i gt high lvl bases that r 2 powerful 2 attack i gt low lvl bases that r 2 low 2 attack dead bases which pi** me off gt bout 3 bases i can hit that are around the same lvl as myself and npcs

i was just like that then out of nowhere some kid called andi came into my war room a couple of levels above me with the best of everything

hecomes on wipes us out end of.. i can't save or anything.

are we supposed to stand a chance against these people? wtf am i supposed to do? i'm going round in circles. option a would be continue trying option b is to say **** it forget it let him level up over and over then he'll be too high to attack me. but that will takes about 2 weeks of me not playing

Fair? not really, i get they want people to pay etc and yeah i've paid for instant finishes to speed things along but not all that way that's BULL!!

just looked, i'm lvl 20 he is lvl 23

for me to get mega tanks i need to upgrade tech centre to lvl 7,8 and 9 BEFORE i can even consider getting mega tanks

to get that i guess i'd need to upgrade my command center??

so any viable suggestions?

The war room has a massive problem like this with all players (no one to attack, bases that are too low to attack, destroyed bases etc). Unfortionatly the war room is supposed to fill up gradually over the next few days (which it hasn't). Therefore an update will probably happen in the next few days (hopefully) to sort out this massive problem.

we are looking into it, there were a few changes made, but maybe more need to be done.

Ahhh brilliant to hear!!! At least I can get things upgraded this week without being attacked too much

Well guys i have loads of people in my war room now ................"This base is not on your neighbours list." ........Good luck hitting them though ...sheesh ...its still SimArmy

Yep I now have tons of players in my map room again. Must have happened overnight. Thanks KIXEYE, I can now wreck havoc once again

hopefully we'll see a lot of new faces to attack, but what about the NPC's?? Once i hit lvl22 or 23, the NPC's went away once i destroyed them. Since either the other players are on damage protection, at their base, or base destroyed, i can't gain any resources to help upgrade my base. Are the NPC's not supposed to return once you hit a certain level or is that a bug too? It would suck to always have to attack people only (especially if there are no targets at your level or base level-able), unlike backyard monsters and battle pirates, you have a small choice to attack NPC's or players if you want the real meal.
