After filing numerous issues/tickets about resource bases disappearing, or not receiving items in Shadow Ops, or not getting proper medals and numerous other bug complaints it now appears that Kixeye Customers Service reps are just closing the tickets without responding. The Customer Service is not even trying to give a reason or apologize or remotely compensate for the issues because they feel they do not have to answer to the players who have invested money and time into this game. I have been with this game for almost 10 years and I have seen the good and the bad of this game but now with Customer Service being so poorly done I am afraid that this game is finally hitting rock bottom. It surely does appear now that KIXEYE does not care about anything except taking your money and yelling SUCKER as they walk away to the bank and leave you wondering what happened to the game.

not receiving shad ops items .... this is usually a misunderstanding from the player, not knowing if it is an 8 week run or a 3 week run, thinking they should already have the 8 parts (when in only week 6) or doing a 3 week run, without repeats to get 8 parts, and have only 3 due to no repeats (3 week runs are usually the tech runs)
Medals ... keep in mind there is a 1 million limit on getting them from bases .... and a 1.5 mil when receiving via the offer area ( having the max will stop you from getting more ....if you already have 1 mil and hit a medals base, you get 0 medals ..... if you have 1.5 mil and you accept an offer (like at the end of warpath or pvp season) you get 0 medals .... Always, Always make sure to have space to accept them
as for 'bugs' this depends on what it is, maybe it is a low priority (like a simple typo) or it is already known and they are working on it ... also is it repeatable? if not maybe it was not a real 'bug' .... is is a real bug or a perceived bug
sending in tickets to complain about lag is pointless .... 97% of the time it is not the main servers and usually on the enduser's side, or somewhere in between main and enduser
resource bases .... do you really send in tickets for those very old and pointless bases? .... yes I know people still like them, but they are soooo easy to get, and so many of them .... sending a ticket is just wasting your and the CS's time
as I see it ... MOST tickets are not needed .... many of you (veterans) still think they can write in a ticket and get 'compensation' ... yrs ago people would send in multiple copy/paste tickets to get 'comp' ... to the point of using someone's exact words, because the first player got 'comp' so others would just copy/paste it with the hopes of 'comp' (I am pretty sure it was those who abused the system, back then, that prompted Kix to 'lock down' tickets to ease that abuse)
just because someone does not understand, does not make what is misunderstood, wrong
I agree customer support is now trash I'm also a 10 yr player and kix does no answer tickets anymore just close the thread and they move on
the missile bastion is was just a Visual error, was mentioned on the forums many times
it was a known issue ... a Visual error, a typo of sorts ....
putting in a ticket for that, unless at the very beginning, when it happened, and only to inform the team might have been OK ...
expecting a reply for a known typo type error is short sighted .... were you expecting them to 'comp' you? for a known visual error that was happening to every player in the game?
I know you are one of my 'followers' that love to try to call me out and dislike everything I post (with a couple exceptions) even if I tell the truth or a factual reply

[addition] since I am on about people not understanding the game .... consider all the players who claim not to get 'weekly' blood thorium, I bet many sent in pointless tickets for not getting BT .... 'weekly' ...... when we only get it after a Warpath and end of a PVP season .... never 'weekly' [/addition]
