Infernal machinations

Dear, I have got a problem, I am playing the infernal machinations and I have completed the XP challenge V but it doesn't let me out because it's blocked. Can someone help me with this problem? thanks in advance

    You can try the following:   turn on speck ops  hookers/topshelf and terminate them.  have someone try and attack your platoon.   If this does not resolve your issue you will need to put in a ticket.
