You might want to run a traceroute - https://warcommander.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/215056838-How-to-run-a-traceroute

This will give you some idea where your problem resides

also a speed test  https://speedtest.net  click change server and select one from california.

If your ping times are over 150 this will cause you problems with loading and lag. 

You would need to get with your internet service provide to resolve that issue.

That doesn't solve the problems of not being able to do the challenge track now, and getting multiple 'you do not have enough currency' messages. Can still do the mission track but that's not very useful.

I have heard of players not being able to complete mission or challenge track because they are stuck inbetween bases - they cannot progress and cannot restart

  i have a pc this is 10 years old buisness pc , i have no glas fibre conection , and no lag no problems with game performance... over many  years .....   what going on with the kids with gaming pc´s and high speed connections on a online browser game ..?  cant understand this crying
