    I am only seeing the dermal armor for rhino x have refreshed several times

    to put in a support ticket

    The post is about parts not tech. You need 4 parts for Rhino and there is only that 1 tech for it so far since it is new.

    The parts double as tech. This has happened before. There are three slots open when you get the unit. One is for the Dermal Armor, which you have to buy, but the other two slots have two techs each, which were purchased to unlock the unit.

    And then we need 1 XP to unlock the unit after taking all 4 parts
