No commandant tech?

Why is every units gold tech in the shop except for the commandant? Is this intentional or? In their first event it did not say last chance and they have not been in any store since.

    Are you talking about Digital Communion, the rare limited tech? Because I have it in my shop. You do know that you cannot purchase more of the tech than you have units unlocked? Just a possible reason. Other tech is in the Gear Store.

    It is there for me now. I searched commandant and the tech was not showing up yesterday. Must have just missed it I guess
