Raid Start Time?
Okay, the Raid modal in the game indicates a start time that calculates out to 5 pm PT, whereas the Raid announcement says it begins at 1 pm PT. And, it had earlier been announced that all events would begin at 1 pm PT. So, which is it, 1 pm PT or 5 pm PT?

The raid has a staggared start time for each world. Alpha world (sector 1-20) starts at 1pm. Each successive world is delayed 1 hour.
So if you are somewhere in Epsilon (sector 81-100) the raid will start at 5pm
