Some how I lost my login and now I can't back into my account. It keeps sending me to start all over again with a new account  and I don't want to do that as I have built a decent base and account. My account game name is Silver Surfer, ID:18302782 and my base is in 41. Please can someone help me get my account back so I can keep playing

My base level is 101 and my email is (deleted) if anyone has an idea for me please let me know what to do. I usually play a lot every day.

I had a similar problem a while back, it wasn't the same thing, I think it was trying to enter my password so I could update my profile. Try changing browsers. I usually play in Chrome, and was confused because the pc is not used for email, surfing, or office-type stuff, only gaming. I changed browsers to Edge just long enough to get logged in and change what I wanted. I still play on Chrome, but sometimes I can't type in comms, and changing back to Edge for a while gets around that too. It might not fix your problem, but it's worth a try.

If you use Chrome, go to your settings and check under autofill. It might be saved in your password manager.

For starters, I removed your email address for your own safety.

Was your other account created through facebook? Do you possibly have other email addresses that could be tied to the account?
