Guard ships patrol range.

We have guard ships patrol range, which never works now, why?

    Because later guard ships have built in targeting systems that override the patrol function. This is intentional.

    thing of the past now all ships attack in base unless you put the Stalwart Sentinel Engine which is a -500 speed so it doesnt move
