Is support working because when i check on a ticket a lot of times you get who's online info and a bit more info as well but now all i'm getting is my complaint and nothing else.?
The live chat has been totally disabled for a fairly long time and to my knowledge it doesn't work at all.
I'm using chrome which hasn't been an issue for me and as you can see by this ticket the chat is still working as of this past ticket from several days ago.

Ah, I didn't recognize the icon in the system tray and thought that may have had something to do with it. I removed your screenshot from your post since it has the conversation readable.
I also realized that was a different chat screen than the one I was thinking of, and I do believe that refreshing and reopening the chat window should bring the response back up.
I saw CM Hank said he had messaged you on Discord about this as well and assume he has already gotten you squared away?

I have refreshed several times and it made no difference CM hank did message me and ask for the ticket number but i still have no idea if they received the report or not and if what happen is a visual bug or not. The report had to do with the pillage.
