I sent a ticket in and received a message that had nothing to do about the ship I was talking about are the tickets automated. I sent in a ticket that the sent me the wrong ship they were talking about Purifier and I said they sent me the wrong ship. I told them I was talking about not receiving a Primal Brute they sent me another Brute and I sent a screen shot that I own it, and yes I looked in my dock like 5 times and looked in storage. This really stinks this ticket was sent in 5 days ago and want to build it about time I receive it won't be ably to use will be building it.
