Tis a matter of opinion, we've been a team for 9 years, been from 500 members to 20 to 130 to 80 etc. as the games rose and fell in popularity and player activity. 1 thing we have managed to do effectively all these years is keep drama to a minimum and almost non existent within or around our tag, I am happy to think that as the game base is majorly young adults and older men/women, that they will be able to act their age and keep drama to a minimum

hitters dont like farmers snipers dont like farmers you have failed to answer correctly...

Hitters like farmers who snipe, and help them keep up-to date, and Farmers like hitters who keep them safe so they can do as so, Thats coming from a team who has some of the best and most known hitters in the game, and farmers to go with it.

now if u mean the farmers that open up bases for hitters and sniper then i would agree but ive see to meny clans that it dont mix well unless u have an established ranking system and code or roles

so talk more of this aspect rather then drama free and hitters snipers or farmers you will get a warmer reception

That is exactly how we function, we have farmers who keep upgrades going, keep team members up-to date unit wise, help with events, and have the hitters who defend the sector, and go on rids, farmers stay back and scan sector for unknown bases and snipe into them and hold them till the hitters get back and flat them, That is why my team works so well. And has worked so well for 9 years to this point

That is a fair point and would bring more attention to people looking to join a new and active team.

I can agree, as someone who came back to game after 5 years, and joining the team, it's been pretty nice, good people around with respectful attitudes and banter, and i've managed to go from Special forces as my best units to being pretty well caught up. I'd like to think we are a good bunch

now thats recruitment. give peeps something to exspect someone who has joined and gotten rewards for his work thats what people want to hear.
