Has anyone had sisue with screen going black sometimes during battle??

Would like to know if anyone have had an issue where the screen goes black during battle?
Once in a while my screen would all of a sudden go black and I would have to close out the game then open it up again.
Just want to know IF I'm the only one that have had this periodic isssue?

Screen went black again during battle!!
Wish tech support would figure out solution to this. 
Anyone else other than James Beard had this issue???
Trying to convince tech it is their game issue and NOT my connection that is causing this problem.

Can't say it is something I have ever experienced, or even really seen complaints about to be honest. Usually it is getting stuck on a loading screen.

Are you saying that you are playing fine in the target for a minute or two and then it randomly goes black half way through?

"Yes", I am saying tha tin middle of a battle, the screen simply goes black. Only thing I can do is exit the game then load it again.

kixeye and battle pirates are trash   delete these fools    they stole $300 from my credit card    bunch of thieves

Well then, you are the first I have seen report that. If that answers your original question. Usually if it is going to go to a blank screen it does so during the loading process and just hangs up there.

I would suggest submitting a ticket if you haven't already. Probably wouldn't hurt to throw in a console log if you can grab one the next time you run into it.

As in you made a purchase and didn't receive whatever you bought? Have you submitted a ticket?

Yes its a crash.. It happens sometimes..

Have submitted ticket BUT support only blames my IP provider. BUT this is false since I have NEVER had this type issue with any other online games! Tech support for this game is trash!!

Seems that way at least, or at least the only person that is reporting having the issue. It got passed up to Kix though for what it is worth.

It is a crash, It happens sometimes and when you reload your weapon range is gone and the circles on your alliance mates looks a bit different.

Yes  happening more often  KIx will tell us to buy new PC
