Bastion Sea Wall Dream and Titanium
I cannot upgrade my portals to 5 as my capacity for titanium is only 300k. How do I increase that? I upgraded one wh to 19. It didn't change anything after a long wait for the upgrade. I have 4 WH @ lvl 18 and one @ lvl 19 and a level 13 outpost. Capacity for Titanium is 300k which will not upgrade my portal to LVL 5. Using my limited Bastion sea wall upgrades seems a far away dream. Any help would be appreciated.
