New Alliance: Grim Determination War Commander [GDWC]
Who are we? We are Grim Determination - our clan name Grim Determination is from a sub-house of House Davion from MechWarrior lore. As Mechwarrior Online game is dwindling from developer support. We wanted to find a game that would permit us to continue to have a presence in a mech/ tank/etc type environment but also keep our individual player costs to a minimum to take up a new multiplayer online game.
We are also a gaming community as well - we have a presence in the following games: Star Trek Online [PC only] (via Steam) & Star Citizen [PC only]
Voice App: Yes! - We use Discord as our voice app of choice (across all of our gaming chapters)
A little about myself:
I have been playing War Commander (WC) for several years now (started around ~2010) ... The only clan I ever joined and stayed with through most of that time was JTF [Justice, Truth, Fairplay]. I really enjoyed the idea of not just the name but the idea of such a clan. Over the years, this clan split into different alliances and ideas. And with the demise of our GD clan primary game (Mechwarrior online) losing development support. I thought why not make the switch to WC as a new focal point for our clan to move to; either until another MMO type/style game that has big stompy robots that can be piloted individually within the lore of Mechwarrior or until another large robot game catches our interest.
I am a lvl 45 player right now - but I consider myself a low level 45 as I have fallen behind on upgrades. Feel like I will never get fully caught up...but I am determined to push forward.
Our WC Clan:
As we are a new clan and just starting out - we won't be doing a lot of jumping around sectors - Right now Sector 7 is our home due to the neutral nature of this sector. We do defend the sector from enemy clans that jump in from time to time. We are happy to accept veteran players and new players as well.
