Black Screen

Does anyone know how to stop the black screen of death whenever hitting a target, specifically the level 900 during this current raid?

I've been playing for over 8 years, so I know all about clearing the browser cache, etc. I have a fairly new install of Windows 10 Pro, running Edge browser, and I've even tried on a 2nd PC only to get the same result. Any help is appreciated.

None,,,, It's a long running Kix issue. 
Comes and goes throughout the years.
Non-issue for the powers that be,,,, sorry.

I am experiencing the same thing.  I set a ticket to Kix.  Nothing was done.
