Stronger/more frequent cargo ships

The cargo ships on map have become too small for an efficient top up, many 71's/75's needed to be hit to fill up ships cargo, and many full ship cargos to get the 200 mil per category when filling up to build a new ship or refit ships
I hunt 100's and 200's but they are pesky to find too
maybe make 100's spawn on the map normally? probably almost as frequently as 71's spawn
