Getting my account

Couple weeks ago I submitted a ticket and needed to give my old player ID to get my account back after a couple of years but now I can't submit a new ticket (since the old ones is closed) to give them my player ID. Can I get some help about that issue?

    Hi there. This is Hank, the VIP Support Manager.  Based on our records, it seems that you may not have fully registered your account.  There does not seem to be a name or email address assigned to the account with User ID  7317307.  This would indeed prevent you from submitting a ticket with that account.  However, this account also seems new/inactive.  What is the User ID of the account that you were trying to get back?

    The account was known under Rapidorg with that ID number. The account is probably around 6/7 yrs old. Hereby also a screenshot of years ago, in the chat you can see my name and ID number

    Hi there, I appreciate the screenshot.  Unfortunately, you would still need to complete the registration process for your account.  As I mentioned previously, you do not seem to have an email address or name attached to your account and until you do so, you will not be able to submit a support ticket.  

    Also, I would need the User Id of the account of the account that you are trying to inquire about AND we would need to do this in a ticket because personal information would need to be shared.
