Game has programmed losses into software

I watched as on a 812 the game do things it's not supposed to do. For the 15 minutes (since retreat was unavailable) I parked my fleet out of harms way. Out of Map range there were 3 indications that never changed position. Without ever firing or being fired on I began to receive damage in a timed amount. During the 15 minute cycle it totaled 1:05: 28 seconds. The timing of ms changed several times during this period. Simply stated what I view is illegal.

if the 812 was like the 913 it had ships outside of the battle area waiting to come into play.  I cannot speak to the 812, but I know this of the 913.
