Base planner broke?

Bueller?   Nothing, not going to fix it?   Can't figure out what I'm talking about?  Am I the only person in the game that cant move the base inside the base planner console??

Game is run by idiots and support sucks they have lost all the employees at kixeye do to covid-19 and are running with just a few people now thats why the raid over the last few months has been so crappy they have lost all creativity in game i don't see the game being around another year

When I try to go to base planner, I get a blank screen and game freezes. Please help.
