I've just started playing again I can relocate from sector 1 to 100 and anywhere in between but no higher, are there any higher sectors or is this it now?

    Sector 100 is the highest one now.  The sectors were consolidated after multiple players left the game.  Here's how worlds work if you need to start raids at a certain time:
    Alpha: sectors 1-20
    Beta: sectors 21-40
    Gamma: sectors 41-60
    Delta: sectors 61-80
    Epsilon: sectors 81-100

    why cant i jump past sector 20 if theres a 100

    You probably need a friend or alliance member outside of 20 since sectors 21-100 are not in world Alpha.

    If you look on the leader board you will see lots of players from different sectors click on them and you should get the option to bookmark then you can jump to that point.
