Out leveled.
I have a level 77 base. For several times i was attacked by players with a level 120 or higher. For the low level i have, I'm not aloud to attack them. How is this possible ? Of course i can't win this.

I'm level 105 and can't hit anyone below 80. Report that person through the Support system here: KIXEYE - Player Report

You have to go to the map and look at their base to see what level they actually are.Like this is just the fleet level. The actual player level is is 103.
