140 Auto target a joke

Hit a 140 on auto and went to make a coffee.came back to a nearly dead fleet as the subs on the far right refused to die.  If i hadn't checked why it was taking so long my fleet would have been dead.  This does not happen all the time but it has happened 3 times now after watching battles.  Not really an auto target if it glitches like this

    I have had the exact same thing happen several times, so now I have to watch the end of the hit on a 140 every time. Soooo..more like "semi-auto", Not working as advertised.

    I put a ticket in and all I got back was that they are aware. Really! well how about compensation for the damage and inconvenience and for being an unpaid quality assurance tester.

    I have had the same problem . I now have to drive the fleet against the last ships. Kind of  defeats the object of autoing

    Derpy the Cow has a video on Youtube that advises not autoing 140s.  Your ships will stop tracking subs that deep submerge and move to attack another target.
