Base Hitting level cap needs changes
In the last 2 days I spent a total of about 4 hours scanning sectors to find 5 bases to hit for alli points. At level 86, it is hard to find open bases to hit since all the medal hoarders are scared to lose theirs medals are only hitting low level bases. Maybe you can restore a range that can be attacked or raise the minimum cap from 80 to 100.

Templar614ModeratorJoined Jul 2012 Posts: 15,850Personally, I don't think restructuring the level hitting system will solve anything. It is like treating the symptoms instead of the cause. The current level system is simply a measure of how many resources have come and gone through your base. It has no real correlation between what tech you have or what your PvP skills actually are.
