Can't submit a ticket or get support

Hello, I've spent well over $50.00 in the game and then some. Yet, when I want to submit a ticket it says I can not because I have not spent $50.00 Yet I know i have not just in Kixeye but also in FB as well for this game. So why can't I submit a ticket?

doing the blood frenzy camp mastery round 1 of 4 didn't even acknowledge where done first round even after refreshing it uughhh. fix your issues. I can't even submit a ticket so yeah had a alliance member help with camp and it didn't even give me the tokens and shards or build tokens mastery round not working correctly. kix fix this non sense !!!!

I can't submit a support ticket because the wrong base is coming up on my screen again, last time I had trouble with this I had kixeye take this base off the world map, so they said, well it is still on the world map and it has not been used for many years. it didn't spend$50 dollars so it won't let me submit a ticket. This base is in sector1, the base ID# is 13207342 this base needs to be removed, my regular base is a lvl 138 base and it is in sector 26 under the name sandbarBob. I cannot play BP until this base gets taken off the screen. I need your help ASAP. TY Robert

3 times i went to repair fleets, and it didnt do anything, waited about 20 sec, still diding do anything so clicked again this time fleets went into repair and showed up toaly repaired, but it used coin. i have lost 42 coins because the slowness and gliches sence i stoped useing flash,

Just came back to BP after 4+ years hiatus but found almost all my previous builds in my dock had disappeared. This includes a lot of special blueprint designs. Can't sent tickets like last time coz I didn't qualify lol. Seriously? Is there any way I can get my fleets back? Appreciate for any help!

If the top of your screen has a button that says ENABLE FLASH, that is when you have HTML5 on.  The other indicator is that the chatroom info will be in italics.

If you suspect someone is cheating, report them with as much information as you have and someone will look into it. If you have reported someone and they were not banned then they either were not cheating or there was not enough evidence to confirm that they were.
