solar reinforcement armor

i'm looking for solar reinforcement armor for my defense platform it's a blue print that I do not have it's scourge for my base . does it come as a prize or do I have to win it HELP

Historically it has been an event prize. Bounty, Pillage, Raids would be the likely places to find it.

it's not in pillages so guess we have to wait for the main raids or bounty?
