Where are my Artemis shards?

I have collected all of the Artemis shards available thru the R&D interface, but I cannot find them or do anything with them. Where can I view them to see how many I have, and how do I build an Artemis once I get all of them?

    You can see how many shards you have in the Intel Lab under 'Limited', Shards tab (furthermost on the right)

    You can find the complete hull under the Limited Hulls

    Do you REALLY want to build it? It's VERY old, not usable as a guard (some used to, in the day) & quite frankly, would be a total waste of shipyard time.
