Need help

Im just coming back into the game and we were given free fleets but i only received 1 of the 2, and I was talking to others in my sector and what not and they said that Kixeye shouldve given me a conq base fleet to since they change out what fleets can attack bases. Now i cant submit a ticket because i havent spent $50 in game, can someone please help me get to someone who can help

I just came back to the game last week, I was given 1 fleet when i can back but i was told i was missing the riot fleet as well but i cant put a ticket in because i havent spent 50$. Also i dont have any fleet to be able to participate in the bounty's or base hitting so i need a conq build. I need help

my id is 16695853 @CM_Ghillie also is there anyway i could get something to help me with the bounty? I have nothing that can participate in the event nor hit bases

any mod can help me plz i just bk to the game and cant hit forseken or anything only cargos i heard i can get 1 fleet to cetch up if any mod can help me plz
