Building or Tower - How to build

Hi All,
I have seen a square tall tower/building in the event which is taking a long time to destroy.  I also see some other bases having it in their bases and wonder how can I get and build it?  Appreciate much.

that's an advanced power plant if i am guessing right. power plant- upgrade-at the bottom of upgrade menu reads "advanced structure" press than an from there you an chosse from 2 types of advanced power plants
