Why didn't level 4 portal upgrades include a power increase? All you can do is add the limited wall and some armor and nothing else. Is this is how its supposed to work or is there something in the works?
There are a bunch of power issues, if you'd looked around in Forum, OP-12 didn't see a power increase either--to the point that some players are out of juice & suffering brown-outs
I think when the turret & other upgrades go live, the power will be sorted for them (well, one would think so, & that's why they've been delayed, is my thinking)
It is intended. Portal lvl 4 was just a health and deflection increase.
It really could use some extra juice, even if it's just another 15k to put a decent spotting weapon, or maybe a cryo, on it--there are only 2 blueprint spotting weapons that could fit, & they have a range of barely 140.
there is no defense in our base's that why warhound can attack base's over and over the lever 4 portal is the same as level 3 just don't have 18 day build on it. not putting weapons on them really sucks, By adding weapons it mite help players defend there base's better

only problem is you can only put t7 on portal 3 anyways and those weapons cant touch anything

Well, before OP12 came out, they were 20 days for L3 without an officer.
they just gave us months of worthless upgrades to keep you busy while the coiners have thier fun smashing your base because your the idiot that keeps playing this one sided game.

Watch your replays, & work on your base, ask your hitter "How can I improve my base?" instead of whining
well you all want gates and walls to stop everything , turrets that kills all fleets . But how are you gonna atack a base ? If all fleets get killed instant . wheres the fun in that , bases that are imortal . Do you realy think that will bring the game forward ?
Im using what is available , and it stops fleets no doubt about it . can i stop all atacks , no i cant . But im not suposed to , im happy if i can stop 50-60 % and thats how i think it should be , an atacker that use tactics might get in a point and click will die . Just as i think it should be , no wonder weapons or gates that stop everything . Just some common sence when i build my base and what guard i use .

And you'd be surprised what can mess up hull
