Space Allotment/ Zone Difference with out Infringement

I am referring to the Space left open on the Tile Holding the Portal. There is ample room for the 2x2 Block Composite Wall, space also allows room to hold one extra traditional 1 Block Wall Piece. Section would grant 3x3 Block Turret Placing, which would further optimize Current Land Tiles, without Infringing on the Portal Structure.
