I have spent loads, I have raised the topic many times.  I cant sent a ticket, I cant send a ticket to say i cant send a ticket!

how useless are the ones who are supposed to sort this out?  I would like to try html5 and report bugs or findings, if they will allow me!

Its $50.00 U.S. $ so depending on your exchange rate you may have to spend MORE than the $50.00 they say you need to.

has to be $50 in regular coin purchases sales and special offer purchases do not go toward it . Its $50 US  in coin at regular price not counting exchange rate differences.

Not sure why you can't submit a ticket. Keep clicking on all leads that say ' support ' and you will see, at the top of the page, a line that says ' submit a ticket ', click on that. Just keep following all leads by clicking on everything you can until you get to the right page, it's there, you just need to find it.

I can poke support to look at the ticket sending part.

As for trying html5 out, it is an open beta. You just have to hit the button and load into it. https://prnt.sc/quuphx
