I send tickets with screen shots, the repairs I have to do are costing me coin and always get the same response...Solved...and close for customers comments? The issue never is, customer support was a lot better in the earlier days. I really see no point in sending tickets or wasting coin anymore...the game was a lot more enjoyable in the earlier days. What's the deal Kix? I guess when I coined always got an answer, haven't coined in months and no help...ummm just disapointing
