Please someone tell me how to send in a ticket...everytime I do, it says I do not have a valid email...I have been playing for 8 plus years with same email...please please anyone help...

As it says in the support page (https://battlepirates.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/215033798-Trouble-raising-support-tickets) enter a new email and you'll then be able to send tickets.  Just make a quick email up make sure its legit not.
