Pillage participation rewards

I don't seem to be receiving this. I don't think I got it last pillage either. (Unless I am being stupid, which is possible.)

Having placed globally 299 this current event. Going by the leader-board. I should be getting 3 x 1 day Peg upgrade tokens?

Have other been paid out already?

Can someone at Kixeye check over my account please.

    I was paid out, got a pop up confirming the tokens & they are in my inventory.

    Pillage prizes should have all been distributed at this point. If you have not received them at this point you will need to submit a ticket.

    as a long standing free to play customer I do not have that ability. That is my reason for posting here to ask for help.

    @CM_Ghillie So its been more than 24 Hrs, what is someone who does not spend $50 supposed to do when the game fails?

    Then unfortunately there isn't anything that will be done.

    If something breaks you can post about it on the forums or on the Battle Pirates Discord server. However what support you receive will be limited to game wide compensation. Neither platform is a means of bypassing the support requirements.

    It wasn't ignored, the steps needed to resolve your issue were provided. Unfortunately the only way to receive missing prizes is by submitting a support ticket. If you do not qualify for support, there likely will not be a resolution as there isn't wide spread complaints of other players not receiving their prizes.

    That all said, I did poke someone in support to see if they would take a look. I can't promise anything will come of it though.

    Thank you for taking your time to explain things in a little more detail.

    I still don't agree with Kixeyes "support requirements" but there is nothing I can do about that.
