as a long standing free to play customer I do not have that ability. That is my reason for posting here to ask for help.
If something breaks you can post about it on the forums or on the Battle Pirates Discord server. However what support you receive will be limited to game wide compensation. Neither platform is a means of bypassing the support requirements.
It wasn't ignored, the steps needed to resolve your issue were provided. Unfortunately the only way to receive missing prizes is by submitting a support ticket. If you do not qualify for support, there likely will not be a resolution as there isn't wide spread complaints of other players not receiving their prizes.
That all said, I did poke someone in support to see if they would take a look. I can't promise anything will come of it though.
