Had an idea for a new commander, figured I'd post it here...
-main ability- resurgence like health regen per battle, useful for farming.
-increased explosive damage, about 5%ish (depending on balancing)
-increased resistance to explosive and blight weaponry, also about 5%
-1% unlocked at 20, 2% at 40, 3% at 60, and so on
Figured fleet bonus could be 10m/s increase in speed for tier7/8 hulls
Main ability explained- take the difference of the fleet levels, ex. 60 - 50, then divide by amount of ships in fleet, ex. 5. For this scenario, if my fleet was level 50 and the theoretical enemy fleet was 60, i would get 10, divide by 5, and get 2% total fleet hp repaired (split between ships evenly)
If my fleet was 60 and the enemies fleet 50, it would change to .2 instead of a negative amount of health regained.
Any feedback would be nice so please comment even if only to tell me it would be a bad commander XD
