*Cool down Tokens*??
I have been maxed out on the amount of cool down tokens that I can receive for the past week. I do not see anywhere that explains how to use these items for I thought they were used to speed up construction times but so far every construction has been instantaneous even though I am only base level 6. Could someone please tell me what these tokens are for I would be very much appreciative of this thank you in advance!
