Even as you spend more they not Always reply to tickets. On that kix is like a instabile core somehow. The most beautiful stories and fantasies they do bot on the other hand there are also lots of things they don't or not even wanna see or hear because it not suits them well.
I have spent way more then 50 dollars in this game, but every time i try to send ticket it tells me i haven't sent enough can someone help me

On the Kixeye site there is a hard login (username and password) and an account linking tool (login with facebook, google etc). If you already had an id on kixeye and then used the linking tool some time later its possible to create this scenario.
Before going through some things to try, how do you login typically? and when you are on the kixeye support page are you fully logged in (i,e your username appears)
Top is correct, you are most likely trying to get to support via a secondary account instead of your main. Make sure you're signing in through your correct account before reaching out.
Submitting tickets is accomplished the same way regardless of game though. You can just hit the support button at the top of the forums, or from the drop down menu on the left all the way at the bottom if on mobile.
