Greetings, Captains. The 9.22 update is deploying Tuesday, May 28th at ~4:00 PM PDT. This update includes the launch of Shipwrecks, new levels of all Research buildings, price adjustments to existing levels of Research buildings, and three time limited campaigns.

Let’s take a look!



SHIPWRECKS!

A brand new Fleet v Fleet activity arrives in Battle Pirates on Wednesday, at 3:00PM PDT. Fight against player fleets, take over Shipwrecks on the World Map, and they’ll pay out rewards over time, with bonus payouts at the end for the owner.

NEW RESEARCH BUILDING LEVELS

Research buildings have new levels added, and each level come with huge benefits. Read the full breakdown on these new levels by CLICKING THIS LINK.

  • [Advanced Lab] Levels 14, 15, and 16 added.

    • Level 14 provides a flat 10% reduction on the refit time cost for all Hull Specials

    • Level 15 provides a flat 20% reduction on the refit time cost for all Hull Specials

    • Level 16 provides a flat 30% reduction on the refit time cost for all Hull Specials

  • [Intelligence Lab] Levels 12, 13, and 14 added.

    • Level 12 will provide a flat 5% reduction on the time cost for all Hull Upgrades

    • Level 13 will provide a flat 10% reduction on the time cost for all Hull Upgrades

    • Level 14 will provide a flat 15% reduction on the time cost for all Hull Upgrades

  • [Naval Lab] Levels 12, 13, and 14 added.

    • Level 12 will provide a flat 10% reduction on the refit time cost of Hull Armor

    • Level 13 will provide a flat 20% reduction on the refit time cost of Hull Armor

    • Level 14 will provide a flat 30% reduction on the refit time cost of Hull Armor


  • [Retrofit Lab] Levels 6, 7, and 8 added.

    • Level 6 will provide a flat 5% reduction on the time costs for all PVP Hull repairs

    • Level 7 will provide a flat 10% reduction on the time costs for all PVP Hull repairs

    • Level 8 will provide a flat 15% reduction on the time costs for all PVP Hull repairs


  • [Weapons Lab] Levels 13, 14, and 15 added.

    • Level 13 will provide a flat 10% reduction on the refit time cost of Hull Weapons

    • Level 14 will provide a flat 20% reduction on the refit time cost of Hull Weapons

    • Level 15 will provide a flat 30% reduction on the refit time cost of Hull Weapons

    TACTICAL LAB

    NEW LEVELS

    • Level 7 will provide a flat 6,000 point per projectile boost to the damage of all Base Turrets

    • Level 8 will provide a flat 12,000 point per projectile boost to the damage of all Base Turrets

    • Level 9 will provide a flat 20,000 point per projectile boost to the damage of all Base Turrets

    • Note that the damage is added after multipliers but before defenses. Also note that we will be keeping an eye on community feedback and are willing to tune these numbers if necessary.

    Our game team is investigating reports that players can not view their base on the world map or scroll between sectors. They are working to correct it now. Issue is now resolved.

    There is a bug impacting Warehouse Health. It is visual only - just displaying the wrong stats.
