Built in weapons benefit from specials and reload given from rank bonuses. They are also affected by rogue crews where applicable.
You forgot to add the pen/exp range extenders.....it's more....
And when applied to the special mort it's 167....lol
P.S. We will get more land tiles (probably limited...25mil each....LOL) after sds7 gets them....for free......LMAO
But the "most important" change on our t7 defenders was to DECREASE the weaponranges, LOL!
The next bounty will be a slaughter fest, because the Basilisks will not even need to enter the channels to be able to kill the OP. So EVERY well placed heavy turrets will be complete useless, because they cant aim on the Basilisks. And even ALL ships we can use for defense will be also complete useless, because they would only be sitting ducks. Its funny, that the new dev team didn´t think, that it is looking WEIRD, that the new conqueror will have MORE range as defender ships. It should be exactly the opposite!
But OK, they will decrease the weaponrange on the Basilisks soon...after some "prefered customers" had fun with them...
would like a dev response on this one.... will we get more tiles to play with or will the range be sorted before release in 5 days, i dont see this being a good thing do to having that massive range when alot of players setups are only 5-6 tiles from op do to lack of tiles to create more space. 120 range would be more acceptable but not 130s and up....

Its not really ironic about them complaining. Its more like they can see just how bad this ship is for the game, regardless of the fact that they get one a week early.

We would need a LOT more landtiles: 3 landtiles space in each direction, thats 6 tiles per direction = 24 landtiles total. Problem: our bases doesnt have a big enough footprint.
I guess, that KIX is "using" the SDS7 alliance as a bait:"Look, how easy you can smash bases with the new Basilisk!" And few days after the next Bounty, they will decrease the range from the Basilisks...but the damage would be done: enough peeps would have coined that hull like crazy. And thats the reason, to give away a Basilisk freebie: to make greedy pirates coin like crazy. Who at KIX cares about any balance in PvP, if the revenue is OK?

When they do come out in the raid I'm betting you'll find that the overall base weapon range is shorter. Bringing this boat in line with others

How do you want to kill the Basilisks with Lurkers? The torps cant shoot through the outer rim from your base. I guess, you didn´t realize, that the Basilisks doesnt even have to enter the channel to kill the OP during the Bounty. All you need to get the Bounty from a base is 50% damage and a flat OP...to kill the centerisle will do the job. And the Basilisk can do that from the backyard from your base...he doesnt need to drive through your channel to face your defenderships, so he will also not come in range from the heavy t8 turretweapons, which are covering the channel. You would need 9 tiles space around your OP, to be safe...try a basedesign with that requirements. Good luck!

Sloths did need a spotter, which has to come IN RANGE from the defending stuff (turrets, defenderships). And the Sloths was paperships with some sort of stealth.

The turrets you mention can easily be baited with DNs. They're completely useless. And the sloth morts didn't have 60% evasion like the t7s have (and who knows how much the t8 morts will have or get....), nor did they add conqussive deflection to counter the UAV turrets. Fact.
Will we be able to defend against it eventually somehow? Yes. But not b4 sds7 has a headstart of 1 day to flatten every1 and an advantage of 1 extra hull till its offered again. Was it ok with the DN? Sure, they won an announced prize. This time...NO. Fact.
LOL...I have 593 cookies as we speak and no one has gotten 100% in my base since 1 week after the DNs came out (and that was sds7 member with 4 DNs when everyone could only have 3...and i had NONE in guard). Now, you claiming the subs will get them shows how advanced you are...lol
