Help changing steam account

Heya, been playing vega for a while on IOS, had an old account linked to steam, now i want to change the linked account to the account i play on now to steam so i can play there

as i can only choose Google as a way to change the account, which is linked to my current, i try and it has the error 'account can only be linked to one base'

please help!
