I had a issue and I need any help

Two days ago,I turned on my ipad to login my base.Then I found this base was not belong to me! It's not my base data.Also it was not my PlayerID not my account not my base name.I thought my base data had been covered!I had email many times to support team and no reply.It's heartbreak!I spent my time and money to join the game.But when I was in trouble no support can help me even try to communicate with me.It's so terrible.Sorry for saying a lot for that.But I really want to return my own base.

    They arent gonna do a **** thing to help. They will just give you a lame excuse, blame it on you, and con you into coining. Thats how these thieves operate. They NEVER listen to the players, and usually do just the opposite of what people ask. Kix wont do ANYTHING unless it makes them money !!!

    They start the con right outa the gate telling folks PLAY FOR FREE !! Bull !!! The ONLY thing free is access to the game. But they wont tell you that. All part of their con jobs

    Yeah It's so terrible. What they said to me was not exit.And then they keep me aside.No answer no response no result but create a new account and still spent your money.That's too bad.

    If you have any problems with WC:RA, I would suggest to either report that problem to customer support via a support ticket or to ask the community for assistance in the WC:RA Discord server.

    Yeah what you said to me was I had done before.But the response I received was we were not able to do....or we could not .......you should wait until.....As I known I was not the first one met this issue.Other player met it one year ago until now had not been solved.So it was so so so heartbreak I had no choice but giving up.

    I've just blitzed 2000 heavy commons and when I went to level up my Leo I noticed I've been credited with light vehicle commons. I know I didn't accidentally blitz light vehicles because I made a point of double checking before I got them. I tried sending a ticket on game but every time I click on support it's causing my game to crash. I've been waiting for what feels like ages to get these commons and this is something I could really do without. Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
