Daily Raid Problem(s)

I have experienced two problems while working on the 3rd Daily Raid (Costs +14K  Oil just to enter).

1st, after paying the oil but before attacking, I tried to select a different Strike.  I had none available and the Equip button was unavailable. I used the android back button which dropped me out of the Daily Raid and back to my Base screen.

2nd, after paing the oil, attacking with 100% completed during the awarding processs, I get an internet connection error and the game restarts.
I did not get the 3rd Daily raid metal reward or the criticals for the raid.  My army did receive +4K damage that I still need to replentish.

Grrrr so frustrating.

Anyone else experience this problem?

Any way of getting customer support to replentish my losses?

Yes I had experience that before, but you can't really blame someone because your own connection problem, since it's meaningful to you.
So I found a place that is good connection condition and then I started my battle.

Problem solved.
