      • To kill the helicopters use the Liberators by placing 1 Lib out in front of the rest so if the helicopter gets shots off it only hits 1 lib.

    All the rest of the Bases Level 5 to Level 50 are pretty easy and don't really require anything special or maxed out.  And a lot of the work is done by cascading Rocket Silo explosions in many of the bases.

    That means there is really no reason most everyone can't do up to Level 60 and get the RESTART TOKENS over and over.

    Most of the people I see complaining about how hard these 2 bases are don't actually take the time to look at the layout and see there weaknesses and come up with something like I did above.  They just seem to ignore any kind of analysis of the base and just plow thru it with 1 kind of unit taking a lot of damage and then complain about the damage and the difficulty.  THIS IS A STRATEGY GAME.  
    You know what? thank u. im a returning player and this is my first event in years. ive been playing the last 3 weeks. and ur strategy for the 55 helped alot. i still cant do the 60 but im managing to get help for it. Also appreciate ur work on the wiki. Going to be donating to the patreon sometime in the near future ^^

    Given that we were promised an easier event with more rewards and we were given a harder event with much less payout...

    I'm not sure who promised you an easier event, but the rewards are huge this event.  While this event does get more difficult more quickly than past events, the payouts-per-mission are absolutely massive.  Three events ago you earned 22.5k Event XP for Faction Mission 2.  This event you earn 75k Event XP for Faction Mission 2.  THAT'S AN XP PAYOUT INCREASE OF MORE THAN 3X!

    I openly admit the event is hard and yes, there are fewer restarts, but the XP payouts are astronomical.  Also, the restart tokens are actually easier to get for mid-tier players than usual (since you get them after the 3rd Faction Mission rather than the final Main Mission).

    Be patient and strategic and you'll be rewarded, only players who spent restart tokens to grind XP will have a harder time, as those players now have to push a bit more.  However, with the much higher XP payouts and patient play over the duration of the event, the strategic player will be rewarded!

    We openly talk about all this in the event video as well, so definitely check it out.
    Sorry m8 but I feel like i didn't get very far in this event i made 1mill in xp thats the lowest payout i have made compared to the other events

    Why are you knocking Dobba? He's honestly trying to help; trying being the operative word. There's really nothing he can do but deal with the $h!t storm WT and his team created. He's spending a lot of time here on the forum when he could be playing his own event. I think he'll burn himself out if he keeps up with the super moderator business. As much as I love Skipjack, Dobba's giving her a run for the money. He should pace himself and maybe be a tab more hands off like the other mods or people will start to expect him to always be at their beck and call. I mean what does he or any other mod get for their trouble besides hateful comments from ungrateful people, myself included?

    Take notice of whats being said  WT. We asked you guys at Kixeye to Slow things Down well this is what Happens. Worst Event ever. You guys do this same time every year. Event in November is always made to Difficult for one reason ie Christmas Bonus. To do this type of event you would need most your toons maxed to clear all levels. Its not Just the Event that's the problem its the Token bases Medal Bases Omega Bases. All over powered bases. Many people are thinking now whats point doing Omega bases. Never get chance to max them before another unit comes out,an in the event do you want us to do event or omega bases. Ridiculous idea having omega bases separate from event bases make those bases part of the event. Not many people have time to do event let alone wait for the omega bases to spawn. Get Rid of monthly events take it back to every two or three months before events  come around like old days. Or bring out monthly war path to take place of monthly events and let us earn prizes from hitting each other. Invasion is another over powered example people boycotting them because the ridiculous amount of units that attack your base. We want fun back in the game not continues grinding. Medal bases Token bases omega Bases the list is endless. At least with onslaught we had instant repaired toons but then you not making money so changed it to invasion. Reason people lost interest in onslaught was not that they not want to do it, but the fact the lack of good prizes in it. Same is happening to invasion. Token bases people finding there not prepared to take nearly 23 hours repairs on a 100 base to get just two Tokens not worth the time or coins for Two tokens. Two types of gamer is required to keep this game going one is a coiner another is a  none coiner lose one or the other then game over. From what ive seen you are pushing people away from coining. No tokens means no upgrades of units to cope with this type of event means no coining.  Bring Back the fun all we ask. Thanks.

    @Wrongthinker this event per wave payout  is more but only 945k per playthru and with all the tech at massive prices each, thats not gonna go far, . you really missed the mark on this event, not even counting the fact that event start was on a day that everyone would be with family and not playing a computer game so that another day of event lost as well, The last couple or three were doing fine, then this one completely takes a dump, risk for reward is a joke, then you have to earn the option to buy the trophy on top of that, the entire event is a total joke, its still early so hoping the development team sees their mistakes and corrects them all accordingly

    Hey December 25th through new years eve might be a good time for the next event.... lol

    WrongThinker starting to sound like the dude from EA about Battlefront II's B.S.  This event is absolute trash, we have no strong counter to these units and coming from a level 45, even I am struggling to find any sort of strategy to win without massive casualties.  You guys really screwed this one up, sorry to say but I'd think again before coming on here trying to justify your subpar event to the masses. 
    I am a lvl 45 as well The cave bases were crappy the other bases were so so. I did not use RUBI at all I used tactic but when you have say maybe 20 of those purple guys coming at you and those G.O.D. like purple Warhorses your plats get overwhelmed real fast. I'm not one to really suicide my troops but this was getting old.That 80 was the last I had to take in the Event I took one look at it said fck that. I do coin a little but it does not go very far repair prices are just plain STUPID!!!!

    Event SUCKS Wrong Thinker.. Need to go back to the basics. No toons maxed should be killed in a few shots. This is ridiculous. I used strategy and had so many of those thorium troops come at me was not funny. Finally took that crazy 75 Cave base sheesh :neutral:/
    Which maxed unit of yours was killed in a few shots? What killed it?
    Sorry took so long to get back to you DOBBA but they issue with me is I try to use units that can take out the most most threat. What I meant by max is lvl 10 not with tokens. My Libs are lvl 13 with what tokens I could get.So I messed up there. But I do try to use strategy a lot. I used Juggy lvl 30 Adara my Libs are lvl 13 and were getting wasted with a few shots. Those Nightmares were shooting across the **** base.  But this event is over looking to see what shenanigans will be in the next one.Thank you for trying to help..

However, there has been no mention this hack has now been blocked and I bet a lot of your Stats showing players getting through events easily are probably the ones using that hack to get ahead of honest players. Maybe Kix doesn't mind because at least they are getting hackers buying gold even though they only have to spend 1 piece of gold each time to heal an entire platoon..!

    So...has that hack above been blocked as of yet because it seems you're changing the game play for 1 Gold Healing hackers, as to get them to spend more Gold but in doing so scr**wing over the honest players that don't use hacks or exploit glitches in the game....

    Also, I think in the Invasion event it would be prudent that sector jumping is banned then too, as to prevent players exploiting the countdown time in trying to get to the top of the leaderboard with only 1 wave event time finishing rather than showing the overall time finishing instead.

    What about my answer to my understanding of what is good game play?   

    I am only addressing complaints about the difficulty of the event and the reduction of the starting Restarts.  I was simply pointing out with a little base analysis it may not be so difficult. 

    I am NOT addressing any complaints of it being BORING because that is 100% subjective and can be literately different for every player. Not to mention even the definition of BORING can be different between players..... SO why would anyone respond to this kind of complaint other than to say if they personally boring or not.  But as for Kixeye it is a USELESS complaint because it has no meaning.

    You realize that forum threads have a lot of posts and it is impossible to respond to EVERY POST.  Your right I did not listen because there was nothing to hear but I did understand everyone's complaints I just chose to respond to the ones I thought I could help with.

    Hackers are not GETTING AHEAD OF HONEST PLAYERS .... it's not a competition.  Monthly events are PvE.  

    By posting tips to do the top bases needed to get to the restart I was showing no hacks or spending of gold is needed to do good in the event, literally the only limit to xp you can make without doing the highest bases. 

    However the 65, 70, & 75 base of the Main Track are not really too much harder and didn't require anything different than the ones I listed did. 

    The 80 was harder but there were a few things you could do in that one and there were several VIDEOS showing how to do it with units that were not that special and taking damage only if you messed up. 

    So if the event can be done without taking more damage than can be managed or repaired while doing the low level bases again then there is no need for a hack or to spend gold making any gold hack completely irrelevant.

    I made just under 7,000,000 xp this event and I only did the level 75 & 80 base 1 time each.  And walked away with 13 Drakons ( more than enough ) and 52 Max units.  I could have done more but I spend a lot of time I have to play collection info for the wiki and trying to update it with the new stuff as I go.  Plus I did not start the first day and there were at least 2 other days I could not play at all during the event. 

    All without using 1 gold or any hacks. 

    So your speculation that kixeye is using stats from players using hacks to I guess set the difficulty is only based on the fact you think the event was to hard which my post was supposed to show maybe its not if you really look at it.

    Clearly TroyW from your response YOU definitely DO  NOT know what is good gameplay, and no doubt you've already got all the maxed out toys to play with already no doubt. Also, being on the inside with possible access to the test servers you already knew what was coming and with no doubt helpful hints from Kix's own team too.

    Sorry, but your response is typical lately which is why many players have already left this game for good, as Kix's developer don't listen to players..!

    Also, when on Earth are they going to recode this game to work on HTML5 format, as they did mention it earlier to overcome the performance issues and the dropping of Flash support by many major manufacturers of internet browsers. If they don't then this game will no longer have a format to played on anymore when Flash is finally passes into the history books.
