Axel, considering the popularity of Halo it very well could be a coincidence that Sniker has the same profile pic as Snickerdoodle. Run a search for Halo through Google images and its not long before you arrive at the same image Sniker uses. Same if you search Master Chief.
This is actually Halo 4 concept art and I'm pretty sure some information is hidden. I do also think it's highly unlikely that he got prema banned for that on the Halo Waypoint forums as the longest ban I have seen have been to October the 29th 2552 5:00 PM PST which is a 500 year forum ban but still not permanent.
